Decide before you detail

Find mouldability risks while product changes are still affordable.

A professional technical assessment before you commit to complete mould design or mould manufacturing.

DFM, in plain language

A practical review of whether the part is ready to mould.

A paid DFM review is a professional technical assessment of a plastic component before the customer commits to complete mould design or mould manufacturing. It identifies avoidable design and manufacturing risks while product changes remain relatively inexpensive.

Important: A DFM review is not a complete mould design. It does not include the complete mould base, detailed cooling system, ejection assembly, sliders, lifters or full manufacturing drawings unless separately quoted.

Typical path

From component submission to review call.

Submit data

Share CAD, resin, production and finish requirements.

Quote review

We confirm scope, input gaps, timing and quotation.

Assessment

Product and preliminary tooling risks are documented.

Discuss findings

Review the report and agree the next design decision.
