1. Website information
This website provides general information about Mouldora Design Services. It is not a technical release, manufacturing instruction, price offer or guarantee. A binding service scope exists only when the relevant parties accept a written quotation or agreement.
2. Quotations and scope
Quotations depend on the accuracy and completeness of customer inputs. Deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, milestones, formats, revisions, fees and payment terms are defined for each engagement. Changes to inputs or requirements may require revised scope, cost and timing.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing authorised, accurate and lawful data; identifying critical requirements; reviewing submissions; obtaining needed product, safety, regulatory and intellectual-property approvals; and confirming manufacturing decisions with the responsible toolroom, moulder and specialists.
4. DFM and simulation limits
A DFM review is not a complete mould design. Preliminary recommendations and simulation support depend on the supplied data, stated assumptions and available analytical tools. They do not replace detailed engineering, verification, tool trials or production validation.
5. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Ownership and permitted use of project inputs and deliverables are defined in the accepted project terms. Each party must have the right to share the information it supplies. Confidentiality or NDA requirements should be agreed before sensitive data is transferred.
6. Payments, schedules and revisions
Project start, delivery schedule, revision entitlement and release may depend on agreed payments, complete inputs and timely approvals. Reserved monthly capacity includes only the agreed hours and services; it is not unlimited work.
7. No manufacturing warranty
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Mouldora provides engineering services and does not manufacture the physical mould or component. Final tool manufacture, assembly, machine compatibility, material behaviour, trials and production approval remain subject to the responsible manufacturing parties.
8. Liability
Any warranties, remedies, exclusions and liability limits applicable to paid work will be set out in the accepted project terms. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose.
9. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, malicious files, credentials, personal data unrelated to the enquiry, or material you are not authorised to share. Automated abuse and attempts to bypass website security are prohibited.
10. Changes and contact
These website terms may be updated as the service develops. For questions, contact hello@mouldora.com or +91 9301286424.
These basic terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch and aligned with the commercial agreement used for paid projects.
